Baguette Full of Love

Fill this baguette with what you have in the fridge. Saute some veggies, cook some beans, spread with some silky mayo and spice it up with a lot of love.


for vegan mayo:

  • silken tofu
  • lemon
  • glucomannan
  • Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper


  1. I blend silken quickly together with Dijon mustard and juice of half a lemon and a pinch of glucomannan powder for a thick and creamy result.
  2. This silky creamy mayo will compliment bread, vegetables, and beans and suit the tastes of all living beings.
  3. Spread it on bread or add in the end over all the veggies you put in the baguette.
