Quick Light Night Salad

  • 1/2 avocado: Peel and chop.
  • 1 red bell pepper: Cut to random pieces.
  • 10 g sesame seeds: Dry roast.
  • 100 ml soy yogurt: Mix with tahini and lemon juice into a dressing.
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • lemon juice
  • a bunch of parsley: Chop.
  • Spices for the dressing: salt, black pepper, red pepper powder, and lots of love and joy

Directions

I mix all the ingredients quickly into this cool salad for hot things this night. After eating it I feel my wings.
