- 100 g different types of fresh green salad: Tear by hand.
- 1/2 avocado: Peel and chop.
- 1 red bell pepper: Cut to random pieces.
- 10 g sesame seeds: Dry roast.
- 100 ml soy yogurt: Mix with tahini and lemon juice into a dressing.
- 2 tbsp tahini
- lemon juice
- a bunch of parsley: Chop.
- Spices for the dressing: salt, black pepper, red pepper powder, and lots of love and joy
I mix all the ingredients quickly into this cool salad for hot things this night. After eating it I feel my wings.
