Hemp & Blueberry Protein shake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
  • Blueberries
  • water
  • ½ scoop hemp spirulina protein
  • water
  • Diced mango
  • Blueberries
  • Dried goji berries
  • Crushed almonds
  • Flower petals -add all on top for taste and beauty
  • 1 tsp (7 g) golden flax seeds
  • A pinch of glucomannan powder
  • 3 apricot seeds
  • 1 brazil nut

Directions

Blend the chocolate shake and the hemp-spirulina shake separately, then add the other ingredients to either one as you prefer.
