Miss Sonnet Salad


  • 300 g cherry tomatoes: Slice into halves, thirds or quarters, or all.
  • 100 g seasonal green lettuce: Tear into small pieces.
  • 30 g arugula: The same 🙂
  • 100 g avocado: Peel and slice.
  • 50 g pine nuts: Dry roast.
  • 2 radishes: Slice thinly
  • A few parsley sprigs: Tear the leaves of the stem and use.
  • Your favourite sprouts: First let them sprout some more, then wash.
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast: Sprinkle on top of the salad.


Spread all the ingredients nicely in a big salad plate and sprinkle with yeast and spices.
