- brown lentils: soak and mix with grated zucchini, season with grated ginger, cumin seeds, ground coriander and lime balm leaves.
- zucchini: make lentil-zucchini patties
- cabbage: grate and steam
- carrots: slice and steam
- radishes: slice
- parsley: chop
- Bake the patties in a non-stick pan or in the oven.
- Serve them on a bed of cabbage, carrots and radishes.
